Sweet Spot Labs (swtspt) is a Brand Strategy and Marketing Consulting Studio based in Japan. With clients in North America, Europe and Asia, we serve Western clients looking to expand to Japan and Japanese clients with a desire to expand to Western markets. We’ve worked with a variety of clients from 500-year-old traditional brands in the ancient capital of Kyoto to ultra-high-end luxury brands like Hermes International in Paris and Rolls-Royce in the UK.
About Michael (Founder and Principal)
Michael originally came from the US to Japan 25 years ago for graduate studies. While completing his Master’s in Engineering started a multi-discipline design and software development office. After running this business and employing several Japanese and Western employees for 7 years, Michael independently started Sweet Spot Labs to provide smaller businesses and venture clients an opportunity to enter niche markets in Japan and North America. He now has ongoing projects in Asia, North America, Europe and the Middle East.
